West In this experience-based workshop, we will explore the theology, meaning and impact of spiritual practices. Through spiritual practices, rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition, we step off the hamster wheel of busyness and mental chatter to create space for a shift to occur. Through teaching, discussion and activities, participants will experience spiritual practices that can be used for years to come.
