Sunday, November 29 – Service of the Word for the First Sunday in Advent. We look for Christ’s coming, remembering that God’s promises stand forever.


Wednesday, December 2 – Holden Evening Prayer, Week 1: Hope. This contemporary vespers (evening prayer) service written by Marty Haugen includes scripture and devotional reading provided by a pastor.

Sunday, December 20 – Lessons & Carols for the Fourth Sunday of Advent. Based on the traditional service first embodied at King’s College in 1918, we relive the story of Salvation from Creation unto Christ’s Birth through scripture and song. Available at gslchurch.org/worship at 8 am on 12/20.

Thursday, December 24 – Children’s Christmas Eve Worship. A Christmas storytelling experience meant for children of all ages! Available on YouTube at noon on 12/24.


Thursday, December 24 at 7 pm – Christmas Eve Worship on YouTube Live. We gather in our homes for candlelight worship, staying as faithful to our beloved tradition as we can manage in a time like this. Bring your own candle(s)!
