Fees:
The registration fee which is equal to one month's tuition AS WELL AS May 2009 tuition is due at the time of enrollment. The registration fee is not refundable unless you are placed on a waiting list or your family moves out of Raleigh before August 1st 2008.
Paying Tuition in Montlhy Installments
Parents paying tuition in monthly installments arer equired to submit the bank draft enrollment form found online . Please print, complete and attach a voided check at time of registration. Tuition bank drafts will be effective from september - april 2009.
REGISTRATION FEES may be paid by check or cash at time of registration.
*THE PRESCHOOL REQUIRES 2 WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE OF INTENT TO WITHDRAW A CHILD FROM THE PROGRAM ONCE THE SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEGUN.
Forms Due at Registration:
Fill out the application and , bank draft forms found online OR get hard copies in the preschool office for each child. Place the forms and required fees in an envelope. Mail your registration OR place your envelope in the box marked REGISTRATION located by the preschool office no later than the assigned deadline.
MEDICAL AND PARENT PERMISSION AGREEMENT FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND TURNED IN BEFORE SCHOOL BEGINS.
Enrollment Procedures:
In order to eliminate waiting in long lines and allowing an extended time period to turn in applications & fees, the GSL Preschool Board is implementing a new enrollment process for the 2008-2009 school year.
Currently Enrolled Children and Unenrolled siblings:
All currently enrolled children and un-enrolled siblings may drop off or mail in their registration papers and fees between Monday, January 28th and Wednesday, January 30th. By end of day on the 30th, all envelopes will be randomly pulled and placed on class lists. All currently enrolled GSL preschool students will have a space in next years preschool classes if enrollment papers are completely filled out with correct payment attached and all is received within the stated time frame.
Children of Church Members:
All church members who wish to enroll their children may drop off or mail in their registration papers and fees between Sunday, February 3rd and Wednesday, February 6th. Those envelopes will be randomly pulled end of day on the 6th and placed in whatever spaces are still available.
Children of the General Public:
The general public who wish to enroll their children may drop off or mail in their registration papers and fees between Monday, February 11th and Wednesday, February 13th. Again, any available spaces will be randomly filled by those applications at end of day on the 13th.
Once all information is processed, status of classes will be available for review. Application forms must be completely filled out along with the registration fee for your first choice of class. It is important to also list your second choice as not everyone will be able to receive his or her first choice.
Please note: Registration fees are due with registration forms. Registration fees are non-refundable unless you are placed on a waiting list or your family moves from thetriangle area prior to August 1st, 2008. A two week written notification is required prior to a child’s withdrawal from the preschool.
