The Hospitality Ministry Team provides assistance and services in fellowship where food or kitchen services are needed.
This team orders pantry supplies, including paper products, beverages, staples, cleaning products and food on needed occasions.
Instructions are provided for using kitchen equipment when necessary, and they make sure the equipment is working properly.
Events and Opportunities
Communion Instruction Dinner
Set up, serve and clean up before and after this yearly Maundy Thursday event.
Provide and serve a hot meal or luncheon for families and attendees following funerals.
Lenten Soup Suppers
A mid-week shared evening meal followed by worship. Co-sponsored with other ministries, we provide soup and sandwiches when asked, and assists with set-up and clean-up before and after the meal.
Pantry Supply Coordinator
Ensures that the pantry is adequately stocked with paper products, beverages, cleaning products and other essential kitchen supplies throughout the year. Places orders as necessary to make sure shelves are stocked for all occasions.
Annual Congregational Meeting
This event is preceded by a shared meal. Our ministry team provides set-up, beverages and clean-up services for this event.
